With the new Florence model, Sandberg pays an impressive tribute to the fat bass sounds of the 70s. The Sandberg Florence is a retro, straightforward short-scale bass with a single power humbucker. The alder body combined with the bolt-on mahogany neck provides a fine tonal balance. The controls are simple: you have a volume and tone control, with an additional push/pull function for two different tone cuts. This makes the Florence ideal for any amplifier, whether you're using, for example, a squishy Ampeg or a pointy Eich amp. The single power humbucker sits precisely in the sweet spot on the body for maximum sustain. Like every Sandberg, the Florence comes with a gig bag.
