1. Intake & Inspection – Bring your instrument or schedule an appointment via our website. We will look at the condition of your guitar and discuss the possibilities.
2. Quotation & Time Estimate – You will receive a clear price quote and an indication of the lead time.
3. Implementation – After your approval, we will get to work and keep you informed of the progress.
4. Pick up & Testing – Once your instrument is ready, we will contact you and you can come and pick it up.
