The doubleneck that fills the stage: six and twelve strings in one iconic instrument
The Epiphone EDS-1275 is a guitar with a story. Made famous by Jimmy Page, Slash, and Don Felder, this doubleneck design symbolizes ambition and spectacle. With a 6-string and a 12-string neck in one body, the EDS-1275 offers a versatility few other guitars can match, without needing to switch instruments.
The sound of the EDS-1275 is full and warm, supported by a mahogany body and two sets of ProBucker pickups. The ProBucker 2 at the neck gives you that round, rich tone for chords and melodic lines, while the ProBucker 3 at the bridge offers more bite and presence. The 12-string neck adds a characteristic sparkle and depth that you immediately recognize from classic rock songs. The SlimTaper C-neck with a 12" radius and laurel fretboard plays smoothly and comfortably, even during longer sessions.
Both necks have 20 frets, a 24.75" scale length, and Pearloid Split Parallelogram inlays. The LockTone Tune-O-Matic bridges ensure stable intonation on both necks, and the Epiphone Deluxe tuners with Keystone buttons keep everything firmly in tune. The electronics consist of two volume and tone controls per neck, a 3-way toggle, and a 3-way neck select switch, giving you complete control over your sound. Comes with a hardshell case.
