There was once a time when you had to pay a lot of money for a completely solid acoustic guitar. But times have also changed in guitar land and the Eastman E1D proves that you can simply have a top guitar for an attractive price. This topper is a Dreadnought steel string with, as mentioned before, a completely solid top, made of spruce, and a solid Sapele side and back. Add to this the Mahogany neck with ebony fingerboard, and the result is a no-nonsense steel string acoustic guitar where no concessions have been made to quality. To top it off, the nut and bridge are made of bone, and we find a hand-scalloped X-bracing in the case. We really can't think of anything more complete for this price. Includes luxury gig bag!
