The Spira S-407 in Satin Black is a very affordable seven-seater, perfect for contemporary (prog) metal and hard rock. Thanks to the Roasted Maple neck and Roasted Poplar body, the S-407 is extremely stable, with a super tight feel and sound. The two Spira Villain humbuckers are ceramic with a nice high output. The Ebony fingerboard with jumbo frets feels wonderfully fast, so that you can effortlessly shake even the fastest and most complex riffs out of your sleeve. The modern D-profile is slim, but with enough beef so you don't lose a tone. Thanks to the double cutaway design you have extra easy access to the higher frets. What a huge complete and tight seven string for such a price!
