A dark beauty! One of the latest models from Lowden. After developing the fully mahogany S-35M, George Lowden was curious to find other hardwoods that could offer something different than the more traditional soundboard wood choices. That's how Lowden came to Walnut, and voilà: the Lowden S-35W saw the light of day. This type of wood is characterized by a strong, clear character where every note literally jumps out of the guitar. In addition, Lowden has voiced the Walnut top in such a way that these aforementioned characteristics are complemented by a characteristic punch. This 'folky' guitar is beautifully finished, and feels like coming home.
