Boss x JHS Angry Driver: The BD-2 Blues Driver and JHS Angry Charlie in One Historic Pedal
The Boss JB-2 Angry Driver is the result of a unique collaboration between two of the most respected names in the pedal world: BOSS and JHS Pedals. To celebrate the 40th anniversary of BOSS compact pedals, the iconic BD-2 Blues Driver and the popular JHS Angry Charlie were combined into one brand-new circuit. The result is an overdrive pedal with a versatility rarely found in a single stompbox.
The JB-2 sounds fantastic in all configurations: the BD-2 side delivers the expressive, dynamic low-to-mid gain tones for which the Blues Driver is world-renowned, while the Angry Charlie side offers a more aggressive, robust rock sound. A six-position selector switch allows you to use each circuit individually or combine them in series or parallel for a wide range of overdrive characters. Three dual concentric knobs provide independent control over drive, tone, and volume for each circuit.
The JB-2 fits the standard BOSS compact format, runs on 9V power, and features the rugged casing that makes BOSS pedals so reliable. A collector's item and an extremely useful pedal all in one.
