The principle behind the Crazy Tube Circuits Space Charged is simple, but oh so nice: it is an overdrive pedal that works with an amplifier tube. The single 12AX7 guarantees a warm, complex overdrive that responds perfectly to your touch, your volume knob... and of course also to other overdrives! The controls are simple, but very powerful; there's a world of timbre beneath the tone and gain controls! In addition, the Space Charged has a lot of headroom, so you can also use it as a Boost, for example to give an overdriving amplifier an extra (tube-driven!) Optater. The original Space Charged was already an absolute winner, but the V2 adds a flexible Boost to it. What else do you want?
