Martin 00-10E Retro Joe Bonamassa

The Road Series tribute that captures the soul of Joe Bonamassa's favorite pre-war Martin

The Martin 00-10E Retro Joe Bonamassa is no ordinary signature guitar. It is a carefully crafted tribute to Joe’s beloved 1937 00-18, translated into the accessible Road Series Retro line without compromising character or playing experience. The custom 1937 Joe Bonamassa Sunburst finish replicates the visual aging of Joe's original instrument, including the patina that only decades of intensive playing can provide.

In terms of sound, the combination of a solid spruce top with scalloped X-bracing and solid sapele back and sides delivers a tone that is instantly recognizable: warm lows, a punchy midrange, and clear highs that respond particularly well to fingerstyle playing and blues dynamics. The 00-body with a 24.9" scale length is comfortable and invites hours of playing, while the ebony fretboard with PA Profile neck offers a smooth, fast playing experience that advanced players will appreciate.

The guitar is equipped with nickel open-gear tuners, an ebony bridge, and Old Style 18 fretboard inlays that complete the vintage aesthetic. Martin E1 electronics with built-in tuner make the 00-10E Retro immediately stage or studio-ready. A softcase is included.

An instrument for the player who knows what they are looking for: vintage character, modern reliability, and the signature of one of the greatest blues guitarists of our time.
