Way Huge Smalls Green Rhino
The Way Huge Green Rhino is much more than an homage to the classic green TS track. First, the cleanup is second to none - even on extreme gain settings, your volume knob works wonders. Second, there are the 500Hz and 100Hz controls, which allow you to adjust a whole load of lows or extra mids for fat sounds. Do you find the pedal a bit too bassy or mid-heavy? No problem, because the same controls work both ways!
The Green Rhino works great as a standalone overdrive for a clean amp - this would make a certain SRV very happy - but it also works wonders for an overdriving amp. Add an extra layer of singing sustain, or dial back the gain and 100Hz knob for tighter bass - perfect for the heavier stuff. The Green Rhino is performed here in the handy Smalls enclosure, which is nice and compact and can therefore conquer a place on any pedalboard. Great!
