The PRS Custom 24-08 Eriza Verde is living proof of this. Where the original Custom 24 already excelled in its versatility, the 24-08 takes it a step further: both 85/15 pickups are separately switchable from Humbucker to Single Coil, without audible loss of volume. This means that you have a total of 8 different sound options, all of which sound equally convincing. Wow!
