Guitar paradise on the Haagdijk!
Dijkmans Guitars is a specialized (bass) guitar store located on the Haagdijk, just outside the center of Breda. Our physical store has a casual, cozy atmosphere with a cozy interior full of warm wood tones. Whether you are a novice guitarist or a seasoned professional, we think it is important that everyone feels welcome. Our assortment of more than 1000 guitars consists of instruments in every price range. We are easily accessible by public transport and there are several parking facilities within walking distance.
Acoustics department
Our acoustic department is located at the front of the store. We are a proud dealer of major brands such as Martin, Taylor and Gibson Montana, but also of smaller, exclusive brands such as Lakewood and Furch. We also have a wall full of classical guitars from Alhambra and Juan Salvador.
Electrical department
At the back of our deep building is the electric guitar department. Here you will find a wide variety of brands, including big names such as Fender, Gibson, Paul Reed Smith, Ibanez, Music Man and Gretsch. Boutique brands such as Novo, Patrick James Eggle and Mayones are also present in large numbers. A beautiful electric guitar naturally requires an equally beautiful amplifier and that is why you can choose from a large number of brands such as Fender, Victory, Mesa Boogie, Koch, Supro and Benson.
The Bassment
On the first floor of the store we have our extensive bass department. Our wide range of basses consists of major brands such as Fender, Music Man and Ibanez as well as exclusive brands such as Sandberg, Dingwall and De Gier. In the area of bass amplifiers you have an equally wide choice, with heads, cabs and combos from brands such as Aguilar, EICH and Markbass.
Workplace
Our own luthier Bob van Dinther has been working at Dijkmans music for over 35 years. Whether you have broken a string or need a complete refret for your guitar, Bob delivers absolute craftsmanship. In addition, every (bass) guitar that you purchase from us is fully checked by Bob, so that you always come home with a perfectly playing and sounding instrument.
