Shipping conditions

At Dijkmans Guitars we do everything we can to deliver your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. Below you will find our shipping conditions.

Shipping Costs & Delivery

  • Within the Netherlands: Orders above €80 are shipped for free. For orders below this amount we charge a shipping fee.
  • Within the EU: Shipping costs vary per country and will be calculated during checkout.
  • Outside the EU: International shipping is possible. Please contact us for a quote and estimated delivery time. Please note that orders outside the EU are exempt from VAT. Any import duties and taxes are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your local customs office for more information.

Delivery time

  • Within the Netherlands we usually ship within 1-2 working days.
  • For orders within the EU, the average delivery time is 3-7 working days.
  • Worldwide deliveries may take longer depending on destination and customs clearance.

Shipping Partners

We ship our packages with reliable partners such as PostNL , DHL , UPS and FedEx . Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number with which you can follow the status of your package.

Insured shipping

Instruments and valuable items are shipped insured as standard. Should anything go wrong during transport, please contact us immediately so we can offer a suitable solution.

Professional adjustment

All guitars are fully set up by our luthier Bob before shipping. This way you are assured of an instrument that is immediately ready to play.

Safe packaging

We ensure that all orders are packaged securely and safely to minimize damage during transportation.

Damaged or Lost Packages

In the rare event that a package arrives damaged or is lost, we ask that you contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We will resolve the issue for you as soon as possible.

Custom Shipping

Do you want to use a specific shipping service? For an additional fee, it is possible to choose a shipping partner yourself. Contact us to discuss the possibilities.
