At Dijkmans Guitars we strive for the highest quality and customer satisfaction. Below you will find everything you need to know about our warranty and return conditions.
Warranty
We stand behind the quality of our products. New guitars and accessories come with a standard factory warranty, which may vary by brand and product. The warranty covers manufacturing defects, but does not apply to:
- Normal wear and tear and usage damage
- Damage due to improper use or external factors (such as moisture or temperature)
- Modifications or repairs by third parties
We offer a limited warranty on pre-owned and vintage instruments. Please contact us for more details on specific products.
Returns
Are you not satisfied with your purchase? Then you can return your order within 14 days of receipt. Please take the following conditions into account:
- The product must be unused and in original condition, including all accessories and packaging.
- Custom or special order products cannot be returned.
- Return costs are at the expense of the buyer, unless it is an error on our part.

Exchanges & Refunds
After receiving and checking the return shipment, we aim to process the refund within 7 days. You can choose between:
- Refund via original payment method
- A voucher for a future purchase
- An exchange for another product (if available)
Purchases made in the physical store can only be exchanged for another product or a gift voucher within 7 days.
Damage or Defects upon Receipt
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We will work with you to find a suitable solution, such as a replacement product or refund.
