The DR Strings Dragon Skin Quantum Nickel Multiscale 45-125 is specially designed for multiscale (fanned fret) basses and offers the characteristic bright, articulate Quantum Nickel tone in a set that is tuned to the unique scale length of each string. The longer scale length of the low strings provides a tight, defined low-end response, while the shorter scale length of the high strings ensures a smooth playing feel. The Dragon Skin coating protects the set for a longer lifespan.
The Dragon Skin coating is DR's own coating technology that extends the lifespan without significantly affecting playability. The 45-65-85-105-125 gauge is suitable for 5-string multiscale basses. Produced by DR Strings in the USA with hand-wound quality.
