Novo recently gave their lineup a significant overhaul, with refinements and a number of attractive extras that make their already exceptional guitars even better. The former Select Series has made way for the brand-new Nucleus Series – and the Novo Solus H2 is a shining example.

The Solus H2 features an aged pine body with a beautiful Olympic White finish. The top features a stylish German carve , which creates that characteristic, elegant Novo look. The maple neck has a full , chunky C shape and is lightly sanded for a smooth, confident playing feel. The rosewood fingerboard has a compound radius , making bending and soloing on the higher frets effortless.

At the heart of this guitar are the Fralin Pure PAF humbuckers – legendary for their exceptional tone and the authentic sound of classic '50s PAFs. They offer an open, dynamic, and versatile sound: from sparkling clean to warm and powerful with overdrive.

The Solus H2's hardware is also excellent: a TonePros Tune-o-matic bridge with a stoptail provides excellent tuning stability and rich sustain.
