Few guitars have caused as much controversy as the PRS Silver Sky. After the great success of the first four colors, four additional colors have been introduced for 2019! This particular color is called "Golden Mesa", a very classy gold color almost reminiscent of champagne. This gives the Silver Sky a very luxurious appearance. For two years, Paul Reed Smith and John Mayer exchanged information and ideas, which ultimately resulted in this fantastic guitar. Inspired by vintage instruments from the '63 and '64, and with a big nod to the future because the guitar is finished with the advancements in technology that we know today, in which Paul Reed Smith himself played a major role. The result is a guitar that sounds and plays great…and looks cool too.
