The MXR Super Badass Dynamic OD really is one of those overdrives that always work. Whether you want to use it for a subtle boost, a mid-gain grit or to turn your Deluxe Reverb into a melting Marshall, the Super Badass OD's Mosfet overdrive circuit can handle it all with ease. The Gain control has a shockingly wide range, and all settings sound great. The pedal also has loads of headroom, so that you can give the preamp tubes of your amplifier a good beating if desired. Be sure to check out the effect of the Boost/Cut knob, as this adds an extra layer of overdrive to the already impressive sound of this pedal. Kick it in and feel like a Badass!
