The Taylor Grand Auditorium that proves affordability and playability go hand-in-hand
The Taylor 24ce is the entry into the world of Taylor, but feels anything but a compromise. With a solid mahogany top, the familiar Taylor neck construction, and a cutaway for access to the higher frets, this Grand Auditorium offers everything you need to quickly grow as a guitarist. Whether you're playing your first chords or have been playing for a while, this guitar grows with you.
The sound of the 24ce is warm and dry, with a clear focus on the mid-range. This makes it ideal for singer-songwriters, strummers, and fingerstyle players looking for an earthy, organic tone. The layered sapele back and sides provide a balanced timbre, while the Taylor voicing architecture ensures extra volume and sustain. The West African Crelicam ebony fretboard plays smoothly and responds exactly as you'd expect from a Taylor.
The neck is made of hard rock maple with a slender Taylor shape and 20 frets, which makes the guitar particularly comfortable for longer playing sessions. The Fishman Sonitone GT2 electronics with tone and volume control make it ready for immediate use on stage or in the studio. Finished with chrome tuners, dot-inlays, and a faux-tortoiseshell pickguard. Delivered with a gig bag.
