The Bourgeois Professional Series The Natural LDBO Satin is hand-built in Lewiston, Maine, for the working musician who wants more. The LDBO size is compact and comfortable to play, but the tone is anything but small. The combination of a Sitka spruce top with scalloped X-bracing and mahogany back and sides delivers a balanced, warm sound with a clear response that works excellently for both fingerstyle and flatpicking.
The satin finish allows the wood to resonate maximally and gives the guitar a no-nonsense look that suits an instrument built to be played. The ziricote fingerboard with tiny MOP inlays and the rectangular ziricote bridge give the guitar a contemporary look. Schaller nickel tuning machines with ivoroid oval buttons ensure stable tuning and smooth playability.
