The Casino in natural — the fully hollow archtop that made rock history
The Epiphone Casino Natural is one of the most iconic guitars in rock history. Since 1961, the Casino has been Epiphone's best-selling archtop, and for good reason: Keith Richards used it for the demo of 'Satisfaction', Howlin' Wolf took it on his first UK tour, and John Lennon and George Harrison played Casinos during The Beatles' 1966 world tour. The five-ply laminated maple fully hollow body gives the Casino its characteristic open, resonant tone that no semi-hollow can match. The mahogany neck with 60s SlimTaper C-profile and Indian laurel fingerboard with parallelogram inlays play fast and comfortably.
Two Epiphone PRO P-90 Dogear pickups deliver the raw, direct tone for which the Casino is so beloved. The LockTone Tune-O-Matic bridge and Epiphone Vintage Deluxe tuners ensure stable intonation.
