The PRS Tekton T adds tremolo expression to a modern playing experience

Precision with room for movement: the PRS Tekton T Bloodstone Red combines the modern Tekton platform with a two-point tremolo bridge. This allows you to choose the same purposeful ergonomics and contemporary specifications, but with extra possibilities to color your playing. The name Tekton refers to the Ancient Greek word for craftsman or builder. The mahogany solidbody with figured mango top and Shallow Violin top carve fits well with that concept. Shaped contours and improved access to the highest frets make this electric guitar a comfortable partner for studio sessions and live performances.

The two PRS Stylus humbuckers were developed specifically for the Tekton family and emphasize articulation, clarity, and character. Clean parts retain their detail, while overdriven chords and fast passages remain clearly defined. Furthermore, the pickups feel just as at home in front of a tube amp as they do in a digital modeling setup. The split-coil pickup positions are also designed as full-fledged tonal options. With the volume control, push/pull tone control, and three-way blade pickup switch, you can navigate between different sounds. The tremolo bridge offers room for subtle vibrato and expressive pitch movements.

The 25.5-inch scale length, the ebony fretboard with a 16-inch radius, and the 24 PRS Jumbo stainless steel frets form a purposeful foundation for technical and expressive playing. The maple neck has a Modern D profile that feels slim but provides sufficient grip. This Bloodstone Red version features a Black Satin Neck, with a black satin finish on the back of the neck. Offset Dot inlays and blue Luminlay side dots help with orientation. The Tekton T has an RS Two-Point Tremolo with a steel bridge plate and brass saddles. PRS Phase III Locking Tuners and a PRS Double-Acting truss rod complete the equipment.

Do you want to combine the precision of the Tekton with the expressive possibilities of a tremolo? This Bloodstone Red Tekton T gives you both and comes with a PRS Premium Gigbag.
